Everyone complains when something goes wrong, so I wanted to say thanks for something that went right. I am from Savannah GA and was visiting Newberry for the Newberry College football game on Oct 4th. My brakes, rotor and caliper was ruined and I was stuck. Even though Kneece closed at 12 noon, they stayed open to make sure I could get home and fixed my car till 2:30p. On Dec 12th, the caliper broke. I was not aware of the NAPA Auto Care guarantee. I called Kneece's to see what I could do, they sent my paper work to me, I called NAPA Auto, 100% of labor and parts was paid. The NAPA participant here, Savannah Tire, didn't realize they were, but said NAPA was the nicest auto repair insurance persons were very nice. It was quick and smooth. I give them 5 wrenches out of 5 in all areas here on cartalk reviews because I found Kneece's Car Care to be honest, competent, reasonably priced, and they make it right if something goes wrong.  They work hard to fix it the first time and explain the problem to you with hours that are convenient and offer the customer a ride back to work or home so that it is easy.  Great JOB!  #71251 Review on www.cartalk.com for Kneece's Car Care Center
